Your Goal
Understanding your goal is the first process of designing a ballroom that will bring your mission to life. We will review what you did last year, what worked, and what didn't. From here we will determine what we can repeat and what needs to be done differently.
Tech vs. Traditional
Each event caters to a different clientele that have certain expectations. While, each organization has a story that needs to be told. We merge the two and make sure every person leaves happy and fulfilled.
Your Needs
We will review which elements are needed at your event. Whether it's Centerpieces, votives, cocktail tables, and/or a dramatic entrance we have you covered.
Your Wants
We always do our best to make sure we include everything. We will work together to define what's a necessity vs. what we think will have a greater impact.
Budget Review
Once we have an understanding of your vision and what you need and want the next step is to talk Budget. We find it's always important to design within budget, this allows you to waste less time on planning and more time on fundraising.
Your Style
If you have an idea of what you like we will ask you to send over some photos. If you don't we will send you a small group of photos. From here we will ask you to let us know what you like and don't like from the group. This helps us understand your style.
Proposal
Once we know your budget and style we will send you a proposal with three different options for each element we are designing for you. You can then take this to your team to pick an option.
Sourcing
Once you have chosen your design and signed a contract you can sit back and fundraise while we handle the rest. We will source all the different elements to make sure your event is both stylish and inspiring for your guests.
Coordination
We will work with your venue and vendors to arrange installation and make sure everyone works together to create a flawless event.
Delivery
Our team of floral experts will arrive onsite and bring your vision to life. You will be assigned a dedicated coordinator that will be in constant communication with you throughout the day.
Installation
You can expect a strategic installation filled with thought and talent. Every detail will be carefully looked over before we consider it done.
Pick Up
Our team arrives onsite after your event to pick up all rentals and extra florals so you don't have to.
